REDBAG ADHESIS CONCENTRATE – a vapor-permeable, alkali-resistant primer designed to penetrate deeply into conventional cement, cement-lime and gypsum substrates and bond them before finishing. Effectively applied, does not drip down walls. Helps achieve excellent adhesion of the coating applied to the substrate. Creates an adhesive layer, and also levels and reduces water absorption of the substrate for reliable, high-quality fixation of subsequent layers - screeds, plasters, putties, as well as finishing coatings - ceramic tiles, wallpaper, paints.
For concrete and other substrates that do not absorb moisture and have a smooth surface, use the REDBAG SUPERSTICK adhesive primer.
For hygroscopic substrates: aerated concrete, foam concrete, gas silicate, shell rock, use the REDBAG INTERLACE primer.

The base must be dry (residual surface moisture should not exceed 4%), not frozen, strong, capable of bearing loads, free from dust, dirt, oils, greases, lubricants, residues of old paint and meet the requirements of DSTU-N B A.3.1-23:2013 and DSTU-N B V.2.6-212:2016. Remove weak areas of the surface

The temperature of the air and the substrate to be treated until the primer is completely dry should be within the range of +5°C to +30°C, and the relative humidity up to 80%. The temperature of +20 ± 2°C and the relative humidity of 55 ± 5% are the most effective for applying the primer. Under other conditions, the drying time of the primer may change.
The REDBAG ADHESIS CONCENTRATE primer must be mixed before use, and then diluted with water in a ratio of 1:8 and mixed again. The primer diluted with water should be evenly applied to the surface using a brush or paintbrush. It is recommended to mix the primer each time before carrying out work.
In order to verify the need for applying an additional layer of primer, 4 hours after applying the first layer, it is necessary to check the condition of the surface by wetting the substrate and assessing the ability of the substrate to absorb water.
Subsequent operations on the surface treated with the primer should be carried out only after it has dried, not earlier than after 4 hours. The time interval between the end of the primer drying and the start of subsequent work should be as short as possible to avoid the settling of construction dust on the surface of the base.
After carrying out the work, immediately rinse the used tools and containers with water. Do not add other materials to the primer.
