  • Appointment

REDBAG 547 – snow-white decorative plaster intended for the arrangement of a decorative finishing layer with a “lamb” (pebble) structure inside and outside buildings. Grain size 1.5 mm.

  • Preparing the base

The base must be dry, not frozen, strong, capable of bearing loads, free from dust, dirt, oils, fats, greases, residues of old paint, wax and other substances that reduce adhesion, have uniform water absorption, and meet the requirements of DSTU-N B A.3.1-23:2013, DSTU-N B V.2.6-212:2016. Remove weak areas of the base. Potholes, chips, cracks must be repaired, and unevenness leveled using TM REDBAG materials according to their intended purpose.

Before applying the plaster, prime the surface with REDBAG Cologrip primer paint. Substrates with high moisture absorption must be treated with deep penetration primer REDBAG ADHESIS before priming with REDBAG Cologrip primer paint.

Caution! Do not apply REDBAG 547 plaster to walls with a gypsum base.

  • Cooking method

Pour the REDBAG 547 dry mixture into a container with clean water (at the rate of 5-5.75 l of water per 25 kg or 200-230 ml per 1 kg of dry mixture), mix using a construction mixer until a homogeneous mass without lumps is formed. Leave for 3 minutes and mix again.

Do not add other materials to the prepared plaster solution.

Attention! REDBAG mixtures are created on the basis of modern high-tech recipes using the latest additives from world manufacturers.

When preparing the mixture, use water only in the volume indicated on the packaging!

  • Work execution technology

Work should be carried out at a base temperature of +5 °C to +30 °C.

Using a stainless steel spatula, evenly apply the finished plaster mixture to a thickness of the grain size. Work within one application should be carried out without interruption. At the time of initial setting, it is necessary to begin work on forming the texture using a plastic or polyurethane trowel, making uniform movements over the surface. Further painting with acrylic, silicate, silicone and other water-based paints can be carried out after 72 hours, and paints based on organic solvents can be carried out after 7 days after applying the decorative plaster.

  • Mixture consumption:

    2.3 kg per 1 m².

*The mixture consumption depends on the unevenness of the base and the skills of the performer.
