Weak wallpaper and peeling paint. Wash heavily soiled and greasy surfaces with detergent, then rinse with clean water and dry.
Concrete surfaces must be puttied, sanded and then primed*.

When pasting old vinyl wallpaper, it is necessary to tear off the outer layer, trim the edges, and remove the peeled paper. Level cracks and surface irregularities with putty, sand and then prime*.
* Prime the bases using REDBAG HOLDERWALL glue diluted with water 1:1, or REDBAG ADHESIS deep penetration primer.
