REDBAG SUPERSTICK– ready-to-use, alkali-resistant, adhesive primer of red color, which is intended for processing concrete and other bases that do not absorb moisture and have a smooth surface, in order to increase the adhesion of subsequent layers of plasters, putties and tile adhesives to such bases. It is used before applying subsequent layers of building mixtures to bases that do not absorb moisture and have a smooth surface. Effective when facing using the "tile on tile" method. For interior and exterior work.

REDBAG SUPERSTICK like superglue, it is securely fixed on bases with zero water absorption forever.

Created on the basis of the latest polymer emulsion. Therefore, after application, it does not dissolve on the base under the influence of moisture from subsequent layers of building mixtures. And therefore, it prevents the peeling of screeds, plasters and tile adhesives from the bases.

Special quartz crumb selected and tested in the laboratory contributes to achieving excellent adhesion of the subsequent layer to REDBAG SUPERSTICK.

The substrate must be dry (residual surface moisture should not exceed 4%), not frozen, strong, capable of bearing loads, free from dust, dirt, oils, greases, lubricants, residues of old paint and meet the requirements of DSTU-N B A.3.1-23:2013 and DSTU-N B V.2.6-212:2016. Remove weak areas of the surface.

The temperature of the air and the substrate to be treated until the primer is completely dry should be within the range of +5°C to +30°C, and the relative humidity should be up to 80%. The temperature of +20 ± 2°C and the relative humidity of 55 ± 5% are the most effective for applying the primer. Under other conditions, the drying time of the primer may change.

The primer REDBAG SUPERSTICK is ready to use. Do not add other materials to the primer. It is recommended to mix the primer immediately before carrying out the work, then apply it evenly, without diluting it with water, using a brush or paintbrush to the surface.

The drying time of the primer is 4 hours (after drying, the surface should not be sticky). After drying, the applied primer becomes resistant to mechanical stress, and the surface treated with the primer is suitable for applying subsequent layers of mortars.

The time interval between the end of the drying of the primer and the start of subsequent work should be as short as possible to avoid the settling of construction dust on the surface of the base.

After carrying out the work, immediately rinse the used tools and containers with water.
