We were building a very technically complex object, an open terrace. We had poor-quality waterproofing of the seams, which led to water leaking into the room. A technologist arrived at the object to make a technically correct decision. The task was given to completely dismantle the previously made cake. It was decided to fill the adjacent area with the seams with RedBag 322 elastic screed, with the addition of a special water repellent in half with water (which gives the mixture elasticity and enhances water repellent properties). The screed is very convenient to work with, stretches easily, cools well, does not tear off from the hands. It did not give any subsidence. After the screed has hardened and gained the necessary strength, a layer of RedBag 801 plastic waterproofing was applied on top, with the addition of the same water-repellent emulsion, applied under a spatula, with a layer thickness of 2 mm. After the work is completed, after the water in the apartment has drained. It is very important to add water exactly as written on the bag.
